Warehouse Units 28A & 28B in Momentum Logistics Park

Castlebrowne is acting as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project. We are working closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification on this project.

The proposed development is approximately 8,963 sqm. The site is divided into 28A and 28B, which are approximately 3,340 sqm and 5,623 sqm in size, respectively.

The development includes:

Construction of two warehousing units, 28A & 28B, to include a warehousing floor and ancillary offices at the first-floor level of each unit, together with a reception area, lobby, circulation areas, plant, tea stations, stores, WCs, and shower facilities for each building.
Unit 28A, the provision of 4 no. dock levellers and 2 no. doors, 27 no. car parking spaces (including 2 EV spaces) and 27 no. bicycle parking spaces.
Unit 28B, the provision of 6 no. dock levellers and 2 no. doors, 54 no. car parking spaces (including 4 no. EV spaces) and 36 no. bicycle parking spaces.
Access and egress routes to the proposed service yard for both sites from Rowan Tree Road and separate routes for each of the staff car parks via Alder Road.
Provision of bin storage and recycling store.
Provision of PV panels at roof level.
Associated site development works, including lighting, external plant, landscaping, and engineering works.
