Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project. We worked closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification on this project.
The warehouse has a gross floor area of 11,942sq.m, including a warehouse area (10,751sq.m), ancillary office areas (660sq.m) and staff facilities (531sq.m)
The development also includes:
the construction of vehicular access routes and pedestrian access,
10 dock levellers,
2 level entry doors,
61 car parking spaces and bicycle parking,
HGV yards and parking,
all site drainage, watermain & utility services,
hard and soft landscaping, lighting and all boundary treatments,
ESB substation and all associated site development works.
