Greenogue Unit 665 & Site Access Road

Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

The project consisted of:

• Construction of 500 m of a new site access road.

• All site development works, including new ESB substation, all services, drainage and stormwater attenuation.

• Construction of new warehouse and ancillary offices, consisting of:

  • 9,219 m2 (99,233 sqft) warehouse area, incl. dock levellers and level entry doors,

  • 865 m2 (9,311 sqft) integrated offices over three floors and

  • 188 m2 (2,024 sqft) staff facilities.

• Construction of ancillary car parking and HGV marshalling/loading/unloading yard.

• Construction of new site entrances, boundary treatment, paving, landscaping and planting.
