Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage.

The project consisted of:

• All site development works, including all services, drainage and stormwater attenuation.

• Construction of new warehouse and ancillary offices, consisting of:

  • 6,641 m2 (71,484 sqft) warehouse area, incl. dock levellers and level entry doors,

  • 756 m2 (8,138 sqft) integrated offices over three floors and

  • staff facilities.

• Construction of ancillary car parking and HGV marshalling/loading/unloading yard.

• Construction of new site entrance, boundary treatment, incl. gabion basket walls, paving, landscaping and planting.
