Castlebrowne is acting as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project. We are working closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification on this project.

The warehouse has a gross floor area of 10,180 sqm and a maximum height of 16.8 metres. The space is predominantly dedicated to the warehouse, and the remaining floor space accommodates ancillary offices and staff accommodation.

The development also includes:

  • The construction of vehicular access routes and pedestrian access,

  • 101 no. car parking spaces, including 10 no. EV spaces and 6 no. disabled parking spaces,

  • 51 no. covered bicycle park and smoking shelter zone,

  • 2 dock levellers,

  • 6,320 sqm HGV yard,

  • all site drainage, watermain & utility services,

  • sprinkler tank and pump house,

  • ESB substation and all associated site development works,

  • hard and soft landscaping, lighting and all boundary treatments.
