Castlebrowne is acting as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project. We are working closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification on this project.
The warehouse has a gross floor area of 13,878 sqm and a maximum height of 15.5 metres. The space is predominantly dedicated to the warehouse, and the remaining floor space accommodates ancillary offices and staff accommodation.
The development also includes:
The construction of vehicular access routes and pedestrian access,
69 no. car parking spaces, including 4 no. disabled spaces and 7 no. EV spaces,
72 no. covered bicycle park and smoking shelter zone,
14 dock levellers,
2 level entry doors,
HGV yards and parking,
all site drainage, watermain & utility services,
2 no. attenuation tanks and 1 no. detention basin,
hard and soft landscaping, lighting and all boundary treatments,
ESB substation and all associated site development works.
